The delivery excellence workbench

Quantify your delivery, understand what drives it, and improve it systematically.

Built by the people who built and

The problem

You know the shape of the problem

Wherever your team is right now, one of these is probably true. Positron Flux is built for all of them.

01
Already strong

You are already good, and you want to get better

Your delivery is solid, so the obvious wins are behind you and the next gains are smaller and harder to find. When you change something, you cannot always tell whether it helped or whether you were lucky. You want to keep improving on purpose, with evidence rather than intuition.

02
AI adoption

AI is writing your code. Do you know if it is working?

  • Is our AI spend actually shortening delivery, or just our token bill?
  • Is AI-generated code holding up in production, or quietly raising our failure rate?
  • Are developers more energized by it, or more frustrated?

Right now you answer these by feel, the board wants a number.

03
Scaling up

You added engineers, and shipping got harder

The team has grown quickly, and coordination now costs more than the work itself. Delivery has slowed, and you cannot say where the time goes. The practices that worked at a smaller size are quietly breaking as you grow.

04
Underperforming

You know the team is underperforming, but not why

Releases slip, and each one is negotiated rather than planned. Code reviews sit for days while work piles up behind them. The same problems return in every retrospective, and nothing you try seems to hold. You can sense where it hurts. What you lack is the evidence to locate the cause and act on it.

05
Team culture

You want better habits without turning metrics into surveillance

You want the team to adopt better practices, but mandates and scoreboards breed resentment, and tracking individuals destroys trust. You would rather people choose good habits for themselves than be measured into them.

How it works

What Positron Flux does

01Quantify
Connect the tools your team already uses, including GitHub or GitLab, Linear or Jira, Slack, your CI, and your incident tooling. Positron Flux brings your delivery and reliability signals together, organized by team and by product.
02Analyze
When a metric changes, a custom model identifies what changed alongside it, so you get an explanation rather than another chart to read.
03Improve
You act inside the tools your team already works in, with checks that encourage better habits, experiments that test whether a change actually helped, and reports you can share with leadership.

Most tools in this category show you the numbers and stop there. Positron Flux carries each question through to evidence, and then to action.

Proof

See it in practice

Run experiments, and read the result

Set a hypothesis, run it for a fixed window, and read the result with the statistics attached.

Concluded experiment result with statistics

Tell the board whether the bet paid off

A real experiment, concluded, with the hypothesis, the before and after, and the statistics to back it. This is how you tell the board whether the AI bet paid off.

See where growth is costing you

Positron Flux breaks delivery down by team and by product, so a slowdown traces to a specific group rather than the whole organization, and you can see exactly where growth is costing you.

See what changed, and why

When your lead time increases, Positron Flux points to what changed alongside it, so you can get to the real cause together instead of debating theories.

Encourage good habits, never surveil

Positron Flux encourages good habits the way Stack Overflow did, through recognition and gentle competition, and it never measures individuals.

Who is building it

Who is building Positron Flux

Positron Flux is built by a team that has spent decades building the software, design, and AI that developers use every day.

What you get

The Early Access Program

01

A real say in what we build

As a design partner, you have a real say in what we build next, and the product adapts to the way your team works.

02

Weekly time with the founders

You work directly with the founders in a weekly session, with real-time support to ensure your success in the program.

03

One outcome, reached together

Focus on one outcome that matters to your team, and we work together to reach it within the three months.

04

No obligation either way

At the end of the program, you decide whether to continue, with no obligation either way.

The agreement

Terms

  • The program runs for three months, until general availability.
  • You pay a single fee at the start. If you continue into a twelve-month subscription, that fee becomes credit toward it.
  • If you decide not to continue, you owe nothing further and there is no obligation on your side.
How to join

Next steps

  1. 1 Complete a short questionnaire, so we arrive prepared.
  2. 2 Sign a mutual NDA and the Early Access Program terms.
  3. 3 Choose an internal champion, and hop on an onboarding call.
  4. 4 Set up a weekly update with one or more of the founders, so we can help you and gather your input on making the system better for you.
